Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is an American animal rights activist, author also a model, actor and author. Ali MacGraw is well-known for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. The desire to become an artist was influenced by her family background within the New York family of artists. Her first job was as a photo assistant after that she moved on to modeling and acting. Her first two movies her name was acknowledged and was awarded her the Golden Globe Award as Most Popular Young Actress. MacGraw became an international star after her 1970 movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as a Golden Globe. She was named the best box office star in the world in just three films. In Grauman's Chinese Theater In 1972, she got her signature and hand-footprints engraved. Also, she appeared in The Getaway Convoy Players TV Miniseries The Winds of War, as well as other movies. Moving Pictures is her autobiography which was published in the year 1991. MacGraw is divorced three times.
