Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. In just one year she earned her pro card aged 17. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished at third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more proud of her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and sitting rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to her working sets. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as is possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
