Cecily strong
Cecily Legler Strong is a well-known American stand-up comic and actor well-known as a prominent character on the show 'Saturday Night Live'. After taking an improv class at age nine, she began her acting career. The initial plan was to become an actress but soon realized that she had an aptitude for comedy. Therefore, her focus moved from acting to the improv. She began her career performing aboard cruise ships along with performers from Second City Conservatory and iO Chicago. Strong performed in popular shows like Chicago Sketch Fest, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, New York Sketchfest, and Virgin Daiquiri The female-only improv troupe. In 2012, she became a celebrity after she appeared on "Saturday Night Live" in the 39th season as a guest cast member as a co-anchor on Weekend Update with Seth Meyers at first and Colin Jost later. One of her most memorable moments was when she portrayed the character of 'The girl you wish you hadn't started conversations with at a celebration'. Cecily made her debut with a role as a star of the film, which was titled "How to make money from an Uterus". Her views are openly opposed to women being treated in showbiz in a way that makes them appear as bikini-models or friends, rather than as powerful characters in mainstream films.
